1 Acceptance of terms
By using MemoCat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Minimum age: 14 years.
2 Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
- Report unauthorised access to support@memocat.ru.
3 Acceptable use
Prohibited:
- ✕Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- ✕Publishing illegal or misleading content in the marketplace.
- ✕Using automated means to create accounts in bulk.
- ✕Attempting to bypass security systems or plan limits by technical means.
4 User content
Decks and cards you create remain your intellectual property. By publishing a deck to the marketplace, you allow other users to view and clone it for personal use. You can unpublish at any time.
5 Pro subscription

6 Free plan
The free plan — unlimited in time — includes 3 decks and core study features. Limits may be adjusted with 30 days notice.
7 Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. If you believe a suspension was made in error, write to support@memocat.ru — we will review appeals within 7 business days.
8 Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
9 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in courts at the location of MemoCat.
