MemoCat ("we", "us", "our service") is a flashcard service for language learning, available at memocat.ru. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and GDPR requirements.

• Account data: email address, encrypted password, registration date.
• User content: decks, cards, and study records you create (ratings, repetition intervals).
• Usage data: session start and end times, study statistics (for the FSRS algorithm).
• Payment data: processed by CloudPayments — we only store subscription status and transaction ID.
• Telegram data: Telegram ID, username, and avatar (if you sign in via Telegram).

• Providing and improving the service (FSRS algorithm, card recommendations).
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions.
• Sending study reminders (if you have given consent).
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse.

Personal data is stored on servers in Russia (Moscow, Timeweb Cloud) in compliance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
